Every part has a toolbar that appears when you hold the mouse cursor over the part. The Part toolbar is a quick way to alter key properties or carry out common actions for that part.
At the top of every Part toolbar is a drag area, which you can use to move the part by clicking and dragging. This is particularly helpful for parts that you cannot otherwise click on because the click action is reserved for another action. For example, clicking on a button presses the button, so you would use the drag area in the button's toolbar to move it.
A button at the bottom of every Part toolbar opens the part's menu.
